「トロなかおちいくら丼」1,700円。
今日は場外も場内も客が少なめ。
こんな日は、行列店の行列も短めだ。
いつも行列ができている、
場内の人気どんぶり店「仲家」さんの入店待ち列も４名だけ。
チャーンス！
入店待ちの列に並んじゃいました。
店先には大きなメニューが写真付きで置かれている。
どれも美味そう。あれにしようか、これにしようか・・と、
期待が最高潮に達した頃、
１０分ほどの待ち時間で店内へ。
「なかおち丼」750円、「いくら丼」1,000円から。
各種ネタのあわせ盛りを選ぶと、それなりのお値段になる。
かなりフンパツして、
「トロなかおちいくら丼」を注文。
厚く切られたトロ。
モチっプリっとしたいくら。
素晴らしい素材でネタは美味だ。
でも、
ご飯は固まりになっていたりして、
かなり残念な仕上がり。
贅沢な話だけど、
ご飯量に対してのネタ量が多すぎて、
どんぶりとしてのバランスは良くなかった。
丼として味わうことを考えるのなら、
ネタのあわせ盛り丼ではなく、
「なかおち丼」や「いくら丼」などのネタ単種盛が
オススメだ。
